In this Hamper you will find:

1 x Smoked Salmon Whole Side Sliced -  Smoked with beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand, this whole side of smoked salmon is great for sharing or as a smoked salmon gift.

1 x Herefordshire Cide and Apple Cured Salmon Whole Side Sliced - This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced. Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.

1 x Hot Kiln Roasted Smoked Salmon Whole Side - We raise the temperature in the kiln as we smoke whole sides of Scottish salmon with beech wood for a gentle and delicious smokey flavour and carefully top them with our own recipe pepper crust. This method gently cooks the fish as it smokes, then we remove it from the smoker before it begins to dry to allow us to retain the perfect level of moisture in the fish. The whole sides are unsliced and ready to portion.

All these products can be frozen.
